New Desktop for my Sister

My sister is asking me about computer and specs. She is  planning to purchased a new Ordinateurs this coming 2011 and I am hoping that she will have it before March 2011. I will surely help her decide on what specs must she have. Since the boyfriend of my friend is buying too because his desktop broke down, I will also help him decide to choose the kind of thing that he like and that will be useful to him as web designer. Hopefully he can buy on February 2011.
