Vitamins for Everybody
Everyday people have many activities, in such a way our bodies needs energy boost to keep it on the go . Even the pregnant woman needsĀ prenatal vitamins. In my day to day routine I usually took supplementary vitamins such as vitamins c or ascorbic acids for body immunity for colds, because i usually got colds every now and then. There are some vitamins we get from daily food we eat and as a matter of fact every time I eat their is a 2 pair of banana, itĀ is rich in potassium. The more nutritious food we eat the more nutrients we get in our body.
